Terms and conditions (Sweet Nikinmäki)
Yleistä
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Sweet Nikinmäki website. By ordering a product, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The subscriber must create a customer account and log in before placing an order.
The subscriber must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian .
Tilaaminen ja sopimuksen syntyminen
Simple Cakes: Orders are placed by filling out the order form. The order is binding when payment has been made and the customer has received an order confirmation by email.
Custom Cakes: The customer submits their design requests and reference images on the form. The contract is concluded when the details and price are confirmed and the order is paid.
Appointments (Consultations): Personal appointments are booked through the calendar and confirmed by email.
Prices and payment
All prices include value added tax (VAT) in accordance with current legislation.
The order is paid in full via a payment link sent via the website or email before the product is manufactured.
Minimitilausaika ja kalenterin rajoitukset
Cake orders must be placed no later than 7 days before the desired pickup date (cake need date).
Daily order capacity is limited. If capacity is full or there is a very large order (over 70 servings), the calendar will automatically close for that day.
Nouto
All orders can only be picked up at Mehiläisentie 19A, 01490 Vantaa. The exact address and pickup instructions will be sent to the customer in a confirmation email after the order has been paid for and confirmed.
The pick-up time must be within the agreed opening hours (between 10:00 and 18:00).
The customer is obliged to check the appearance and condition of the product upon collection. The responsibility for transportation is transferred to the customer as soon as the product is handed over.
Peruutusehdot ja muutokset
Since this is a custom-made and perishable food product, the products do not have the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act after the product has been manufactured.
Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing by email (sweetnikinmaki@gmail.com) no later than 7 days before the pick-up date. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.
Complaints and liability for defects
If there is a defect in the product (for example, the wrong filling or flavor), the customer must report it immediately (preferably within 24 hours of collection) by email with pictures.
Sweet Nikinmäki is not responsible for errors caused by improper storage of the product after collection (e.g. keeping it warm) or damage during transport.
